February 2012 Stats. from Framlingham.
Low temp. -8.4C on the 11th. at 5:30.
High temp. 18.3C on the 23rd. at 15:00.
High wind speed. 39mph on the 18th. at 11:30.
Rain. 15.8mm.
4th. March 1947 saw a blizzard sweep across the country.The previous 6 weeks had seen snow fall in some part of the country every day. 1946/47 is the snowiest winter since records began, even though 1962/63 is a very close second.
The picture shows our new puppy, Poppy, she's a Hungarian Puli, and replaces the dog which sadly came to an untimely end.
